e-commerce is men's clothing.

To analyse the current market, using Benchmarking technique to analyse the competing brands of the product I am going to develop.
Objective: To understand the good features and avoid any errors or points for improvement that they may present.
Based the form's questions on the insights that the desk research gave me into the current market situation.

The form has 8 questions focussing on the search for men's clothing and also understanding whether it is easy to find clothing for the LGBT community in the shop sectors.

The greater need to have clothes for different occasions such as fishing, skateboarding and going to a wedding.

Two flows have been designed for the solution:

First Solution


The user clicks on buy clothes in their measurements on the home page :

Adds their size to the clothes they are looking for,
this size being fixed for all the products on the app.

Conducted a usability test with 3 people to find usability problems.

The tasks were:
1- Create an account or log in
2- Choose which purchase method you prefer.
3- Make a purchase.
4- View the status of the purchase


All the candidates completed the tasks without difficulty.

Validation

Heatmap and Usability test 

Test Heatmap using AI

The artificial intelligence tool Clueify was used to make this test.

Analyzing the Heat Map to see if the buttons were obvious and clickable,

and the Focus Map to see if the content was attracting users' attention.

Improvement points identified in the usability test:

Screen 1 - Adding the type of garment to be measured

Screen 2 - Difficulty understanding whether to enter your measurements or read about the garment.

Business benefit 

Estimated that 50% of the fabric used to make a cotton T-shirt is wasted. 
By offering customers the service of selling clothes in their sizes:

Reduce the waste of material used to make clothes in standard sizes, which are not bought.

Don't lose what you have invested.

The material can be used according to the demand of the E-commerce.
